These classes combine kickboxing, martial arts and self-defense. The majority of the time we spend on the kick pads, kick paddles and focus mitts. The flexibility gained through stretching will enable students to do all the fancy kicks as seen on the likes of “Charlies Angels” and “Alias” As the fitness improves (and it will) more involved drills and pad routines will be introduced …

This is an action packed hour with plenty of cardio, stretching and stress release as you kick and punch to exhaustion. Bring a towel and water bottle!
