Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and fighting technique that is designed to help people of any size defend themselves. It’s also a terrific way to tone and firm your body and reap the health benefits of martial arts.

Our adult classes are designed for beginner and advanced martial artists. In these classes, you will train together and learn from each other. These lessons are based on self-defence and involve many hands strikes and kicking techniques.

This program will help increase your capabilities mentally and physically, help you lose weight and increase strength and muscle tone.
