Our new program called Defensive Tactics for Women and Teens will be starting in full swing from October.

Defensive Tactics is a combination of Self Defence, Kick Boxing and Filipino Sticks.

Fantastic for groups, Mothers & Daughters, Sisters or just individuals.

It is a lot of fun and learning at the same time.

Level One is our Yellow Hair Tie Level. We already have one group doing level Two, the Pink Hair Tie Level.

Times will be Wednesday and Thursday at 6pm. Cost is $70 per month or $100 for a family.
